CONA is the stage name and persona adopted by Connor McLelland.

Raised in a household of eclectic music tastes from Guns N Roses to Garth Brooks and a bit of everything in between CONA pulls elements from his influences into a melting pot and cranks the heat until the house next door is on fire. Blending a mix of folk and synth elements to create big choruses with just the right touch of satirical nostalgic lyrics from his teenage years, CONA brings the ideas of his youth to life by utilizing the experience and song writing skills developed since first starting to write music as an anxious youngster.

CONA believes in turning negative situations into positives, and by poking fun at the knockbacks, cliches and stereotypes that he went through in his younger years as a musician he channels this energy into a positive medium of his music.
